Culinary School
At MTECH, Laura dove back into the culinary world she loved. Hands-on training in everything from breads to pastries reignited her passion, while instructors and classmates inspired and challenged her. The experience sharpened her skills and gave her the confidence to bring Chef Laura & Co to life.

Thank you both for everything you’ve taught me throughout my time in culinary school. Your patience, understanding, and willingness to support me especially letting me bring my kids to class when I didn’t have a babysitter meant more than I can ever express. You weren’t just incredible teachers; you offered life advice, encouragement, and genuine care that helped me grow in and out of the kitchen. I’m truly grateful for everything you’ve done.
